The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.

What You’ll Work On

  • Operational Excellence: Responsible as key MyFreeStyle (CRM program) operational excellence and analytics lead. A key liaison between MFS team, CRM Agency, Website team, ADC Analytics and IT.

  • CRM Management: Oversee MyFreeStyle (MFS) program content back-end deployment and analytics with agency to meet our specific business needs.

  • Integration & Automation: Oversee integration with cross functional partners of CRM Database with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment. Work with cross functional partners and agencies to set up workflows and automation processes to improve efficiency. Responsible for implementing best practices around data management, data integrity and data redundancy.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Lead the analytics and KPI measurement for success for MyFreeStyle program. Build custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into marketing performance. Continuously analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.

  • MFS Website and IT liaison – Work with website and IT teams on MyFreeStyle landing pages, back-end operational needs and customer facing content.

  • MyFreeStyle program operational lead: Work with outside vendors and cross functional partners like legal, OEC, Ops compliance to create and update relevant documents for the proper functioning of the CRM program.

  • HCP liaison for MyFreeStyle marketing program. Create and deploy MFS related marketing materials and assets for point of care.

  • Promotional content creation and manage MLR process for content approval for relevant assets.

  • Agency relationship management for both creative and programmatic work

  • Help train sales teams and other relevant cross functionals on the MFS program functioning and purpose. Some HCP interaction experience/ willing to be open for trade shows and meeting w HCPs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 4-6 years of related marketing experience, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.

  • Background in digital marketing and experience in CRM and marketing automation

  • 2+ years of experience with CRM software, preferable SFMC.

  • Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Executive education or master’s degree is desired and considered a plus.

  • Proficiency in the CRM software. Ability to resolve technical CRM issues.

  • Knowledge of Power BI & Tableau analytical systems.

  • Experience with web and mobile app development environment/analytics.

  • Great project management skills and a passion for solving problems creatively and proactively in a regulated industry and a fast-paced work environment.

  • Product management experience in medical products or services

  • Experience working with cross-functional partners.

The base pay for this position is $125,700.00 – $251,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
