We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily operational activities, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.

  • Oversee inventory control, procurement, and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor and optimize supply chain efficiency.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational processes. Implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and efficient execution of operational goals.

  • Provide administrative assistance as needed, including managing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining documentation related to operations.

  • Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables. Track project progress and report on milestones and outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and assessments to uphold quality standards and operational integrity.
