Traveling Industrial Electrician

Ultimate LLC is looking to hire Electricians for an Industrial project in the Huntsville, AL area. The pay range of a traveling electrician is $25-$30 per hour based on experience, $75 a day per diem. The majority of our position’s hours range from 50 to 60 hours a week. Traveling Electrician applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared for electrician labor up to 50+ hours a week. Ultimate LLC provides company paid health insurance and weekly pay for all craftsmen with no week in the hole.

Ultimate Traveling Electrician Requirements

  • Industrial Electrical Experience

  • Valid license or certifications

  • Proficient electrical knowledge of National Electric Code and local codes

  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend for prolonged periods of time

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds

  • Ability to travel out of state for work

Ultimate Traveling Electrician Responsibilities

  • Bending and Running Rigid

  • Pulling and Terminating Wire

  • Switch Gears

  • Panels

  • Install and repair electrical wirings, systems, and fixtures in buildings

  • Install conduits and pipes for wires and cables

  • Ensure piping complies with code

  • Make proper repairs and corrections

  • Test electrical components to ensure proper installation

  • Operate proper hand tools

  • Use ladders and scaffolding when necessary

  • Travel in and out of state

  • Adhere to OSHA guidelines
