Full - Tim: 40 Hours Per Week1st Shift: 8:30am - 5pmMonday - FridayHybrid: remote and onsite requirements Summary: The Regulatory Compliance Specialist supports the functions of the Office of Research Integrity (ORI) through assistance with regulatory compliance audits and IRB administration. Assigned duties are carried out in coordination with the Regulatory Compliance Auditor, the IRB Specialist and the Research Integrity Manager. Responsibilities: Performing routine and for-cause audits of research documentation such as proper informed consent of participants proper screening and recruitment methods adherence to the IRB approved study protocol accurate data collection and entry proper protection of participants\' privacy and confidentiality accurate and timely reporting of adverse events and protocol deviations Assist with creation of audit reports and corrective action plans Meeting with investigators and study teams when necessary, to address audit findings Assist with processing of research credentialing documents submitted to the ORI Assist with maintaining up to date records in the electronic IRB submission system Assisting with development of informed consent and assent documents Assist with the pre-review and processing of IRB submissions Other duties as assigned Other information: Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree with three (3) years of research experience; -OR- Associate\'s degree with five (5) years of research experience; -OR- seven (7) years of research experience.
