Job Description

DAY TO DAY:

This position would perform a number of daily/ monthly functions on my team (GL Operations). Joe's team is the Admin for the GL, Accurate Reconciliation, and GL Manual entry systems at Huntington.

Here are the job skills Joe is looking for:

Account reconciliation

Accounting analysis (e.g. basic knowledge - balance sheet vs. income statement)

Accounting operations (e.g. AP, Payroll, creating/ approving journal entries) - Targeting more of an Operational Accountant

SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Essbase (data mining skills)

Application maintenance (has followed procedures to update systems - made changes to procedures)

Project work (e.g. UAT/ QA testing using scripts, organizing meeting notes, maintaining project lists)

Strong Excel skills (e.g. PIVOT tables, V-Lookups, formulas)

Skills and Requirements

· 3+ years' accounting experience

   · Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

   · Experience with General Ledger Reconciliation and corporate reconciliation

   · Bank operations experience

   · Proficient in Excel

Experience with payroll, and AP experience · Software experience : Oracle/EPM, MSAS, ARKS, Accurate NXG, Accurate, Trintech null
