We are currently seeking a talented Maintenance Technicians to join a dynamic team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, coupled with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues to minimize downtime. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting machinery, lubricating gears, and replacing worn parts.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently to minimize production interruptions.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics.

• Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring.

• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and welding techniques is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
