Performance Health is seeking a Forecast Analyst, Ecommerce Marketplaces to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Commercial Marketplace teams to create a global forecast plan for all marketplace channels. The individual will leverage data intelligence from multiple marketplace channels to provide forecast insights to the demand planning team. They will play an integral part in the sales and operations planning process for the Marketplace team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting metrics and models to support the supply chain demand planning team. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Leverage back forecasting and historical data and insights from marketplace connections, not limited to Rithum or NetSuite, to build future forecast for the global marketplace channels. Analyze data from multiple marketplace platforms, not limited to Amazon's vendor central portal. Provide feedback to the sales and operations process, including item level forecast detail for 5000+ items. Review and provide insight and actions for KPI's related to back orders and cut rates. Analyze and report data outcomes to the supply chain leadership team Support supply chain functions with ad-hoc reporting requests Provide insight and recommendations for process optimization Identify data gaps and support the upload of data when needed Collaborate with and support cross functional partners (commercial, finance) with reporting needs. Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or business related field. 4-6 years of forecasting and S&OP experience. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot table creation/analysis Ability to work with others from different functional areas and levels within and outside the organization. Excellent organizational, decision making and analytical skills Strong math skills with an understanding of statistics Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques (lean, 6-sigma etc.) Proficiency is Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Experience working in PowerBI and/or other large database tools with experience building complex data structure modeling Knowledge of and/or experience in a Distribution/Logistics environment Benefits Our benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs. This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 plus benefits.
