We are committed to our mission to improve lives because, every day, we witness the enormous impact of our efforts on the world around us Under direct supervision/guidance, the engineering intern candidate will assist the engineering team in the development and analysis of the manufacturing processes and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. Key Responsibilities * Maintain a safe working environment * Work with employees on the production floor to improve the overall manufacturing processes by implementing engineered solutions * Provide support for operational and quality issues as required * Assist team with identification of areas for improvement and suggests solutions * Prepares standard reports/ documentation to communicate results of projects Is this job for you ? Qualifications * Must be currently enrolled student * Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required * Demonstrate ownership of projects including acceptance of responsibility, pride in work performed, and willingness to learn * Familiar with Microsoft Office software package Eligible to work 40 hours a week during your CO-OP semesters A little more about us Saint-Gobain's innovations touch almost every major industry around the world.
