Role Objective This role will manage day-to-day customer and vendor electronic communications and does not supervise other GOJO colleagues or contractors. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with customer or suppliers, in order to determine integration requirements and ensure final solutions meet the customer/vendor and enterprise needs. Additionally this role oversees maintenance, error management, accuracy, and consistency of data to ensure seamless information flow. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Provide system administration and day-to-day operational support, including monitoring and troubleshooting transactional errors. Work to resolve Inbound SAP Errors to ensure data is successfully processed. Coordinate and monitor VAN mailbox and AS2 communications. Develops and implement solutions integrating applications across the enterprise. Creates business processes utilizing BPML. Collaborates with Information Technology to deliver business solutions that are integrated (or interfaced at a minimum) with other systems for data efficiency. Conducts audits of systems and processes to ensure compliance and data integrity. Work closely with customers and vendors to document new specification and implementation requirements. Manages data requirements for customers, vendors, and others where applicable. Define, configure, and develop SI interface mappings for various data formats (EDI, SAP IDOC, CSV, etc.). Ensures proper configuration and set-up of the EDI tools and systems that support file transfer between internal and external trading partners. Perform testing at all levels (unit, integration and end-to-end). Analyzes, designs, and develops specifications for enhancements and extensions with EDI application interfaces and maps. Establish solution objectives for integration system functionality to identify gaps, measuring the solution impact to business operations. Leverage integrations points to create process efficiencies. Incorporates audit and control procedures within trading partner profiles, translation set maps and interface files. Perform and annual review of all Integration policies and processes. Documents processes, data flow, file specifications, and mapping using standard formats. Ability to multi-task and manage workload in accordance to set priorities. #LI-Remote Education and Experience Required: BA/BS in business or related field preferred; with degree a minimum of three (3) years' experience working with EDI X12 In lieu of degree, minimum of six (6) years' experience working with EDI X12 standards, protocols, and transaction sets Minimum two (2) years' experience working with the IBM Sterling Integrator, SQL databases and SAP Preferred: Experience with manufacturer/retail EDI trading partner configurations, documents and requirements strongly desired Must display working knowledge of reading and interpreting customer specifications EDI experience with ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT standards and file structures Experience with various communication protocols - VAN, AS2, FTP, SFTP, and Web services Additional programming
