About the role: CLA is seeking to hire a Data Coordinator that can be located at may of our 130+ offices across the nation. If you are enthusiastic, team player and detailed oriented, apply today! This role is responsible for accurately entering and updating information into the firm's databases and systems. As a Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Data Entry: Input and update data into systems and databases. Verify accuracy of data entered. Identify and correct errors. Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for entry. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files. Maintain and organize electronic files and documents. Practice Management: Involvement on other billing-related matters, as needed. May collaborate and assist on items such as new client setup, data validation, creation and maintenance of Billing Schedules. Continually monitor prepaid, installment and scheduled bills for client WIP consumption.
