Description We are searching for a Customer Service Representative based in Akron, Ohio. This role primarily revolves around customer service tasks within the educational sector. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity where the selected candidate will engage with students and parents, collect necessary information, and facilitate the enrollment process.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with students or parents

• Gather required documents and information to facilitate student enrollment

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools for data entry and record maintenance

• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of student applications

• Schedule appointments and meetings as required

• Monitor student accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Maintain a high level of professionalism in email correspondence with students, parents, or other stakeholders. Requirements • Proficient in Call Center Customer Service operations

• Demonstrated ability in providing outstanding Customer Service

• Experience in Data Entry tasks

• Capable of managing Email Correspondence effectively

• Experienced in handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

• Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a related field would be a plus.
