Role Objective Ensure adherence to distributor partners compliance requirements to avoid penalties. Will drive continuous improvement of related processes through regular review, redesign, and enforcement. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain service compliance standards, processes, and procedures. Conduct monthly service compliance audits. Coordinate the review of all routing guide changes with the responsible business units. Analyze all service compliance fines and dispute those that do not meet established compliance criteria. Monitor and follow up on service compliance issues. Collaborates and problem solves with distributor partners, business teams, and GOJO supply chain teams in the context of operational improvements. Identify areas of the business where there is service non-compliance and develop policies/procedures to abate the non-compliance in that area. Analyze customer orders to determine whether violations are accurate utilizing dashboards, databases, processes, policies, and procedures. Monitor and maintain a current view of our compliance adherence/exposure and regularly communicate results to senior leadership. Develop communication strategy and training to ensure responsible business units understand their role in service compliance. Proactively monitor customer compliance portals researching violations to detmine whether valid, approved, and/or denied. Create and publish customer scorecards on performance. Maintain and develop reporting to be used for educating and training internal supply chain teams. Support internal cross functional teams, as needed. Education and Experience Coordinates and conducts team leadership and analysis activities.
