Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Akron, New York

Aerotek is hiring for a Maintenance Technician!

Pay: $32.50/hr

2nd and 3rd shift Opportunities + Shift Differential

Full benefits, Trainings, Family owned and oriented company, 401k match, 7 holidays + 1 floating holiday

Description:

  • Previous PLC experience

-Troubleshoot & repair power drives and pneumatics

-Perform daily preventative maintenance and tear downs

-Execute daily maintenance tasks

-Availability to work a variable schedule on occasion to cover other team member time off

Skills:

-Electrical

-Mechanical

-Hydraulics

-Blueprint

-Pneumatics

Work Environment:

-2nd shift (1 opening): 3:00pm - 11:00pm

-3rd shift (1opening): 11:00pm - 7:30am

-Weekend nights (1 opening): Friday night into Monday morning - 36 hours, they are paid for 40 hours.

-Pay is $32.51 - 2nd & 3rd shift have a .50 cent shift differential. They are required to take a HAZMAT training that is a weeklong - once that is complete, they will receive an extra $1.25/hr.
