A Typical Day
The Sr IAM Analyst role is responsible for supporting IAM platforms and technology. Primarily, this role istasked with supporting the applications, platforms, and integrations of key IAM tools, specificallyCyberArk. This role will work closely with the IAM Governance; Compliance, Information SecurityGovernance, and business teams withinPennymac to achieve their objectivessuccessfully.
The Sr IAM Analyst will:
Support, maintain, and continuously improve IAM applications including, but not limited to,CyberArk
Successfully execute technology changes aligned with company policy (Change policy, SDLC,etc.)
Work with team members and business stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value withexisting tools and toolsets
Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed
Assist in the onboarding and/or uplift of applications/systems specific to Identity & Access Management
What You’ll Bring
Experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment
Knowledge of Active Directory and/or other identity providers
Experience with Role Based Access (RBAC) and principles of least privilege
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with ServiceNow a plus

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
