What You Will Do in This Position Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide reminders for medication according to the client\'s care plan Prepare meals and carry out light housekeeping duties Maintain open communication with the client\'s family and healthcare team Help with client mobility both at home and in their community Accompany clients to run errands WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH Enhance the quality of life for those in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves Foster independence and dignity in the daily routines of our clients Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment Promote client safety and well-being at all times Facilitate smooth communication between clients, their families, and healthcare professionals YOU ARE IDEAL FOR THIS POSITION IF: Emotionally Intelligent Person: You have the ability to empathize with and understand the emotions behind human behaviors, thus responding effectively to clients\' needs.
