FRIGHT FEST STAGE PERFORMER Six Flags New England Agawam , Massachusetts Part-Time You wont have any trouble bringing the chills and thrills to our guests! Whether its in our theater or out on the midway, you\'ll make the park your stage. You\'ll bring the moves, the beats, and the screams when you step into view. Positions include: Singers, Dancers, Street Performers, and More! Audition Dates: September 11 from 3-7pm @ the Six Flags New England Human Resources Office For questions regarding Fright Fest Roles, please feel free to reach out to our Shows and Entertainment team at: 413-821-2620 Requirements for all positions: Must be 16 or older Should be available for weekends in the Fall Bring any schedule conflicts with you to the interview/audition. All performers will audition for roles: Actors prepare a one minute comic monologue. Singers prepare a 2 minute contemporary up-tempo that best shows your vocal range and personality. Singers and dancers will learn a dance combination from our choreographer -- bring clothes to move in. Positions Include: Actors, Singers, Dancers, Radio Hosts, and Midway Monsters! You\'ll contribute to our mission by: Supporting the Six Flags Mantra -- Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service Creating and/or impersonating characters and personalities Appearing at off property events Learning and memorizing script, dialogue, choreography, and blocking Maintaining show consistency and executes each performance as directed Meeting and greeting guests with enthusiasm Maintaining \"show illusion\" and belief of character at all times for our guests Caring for and maintaining upkeep of costumes, props, and accessories including simple repairs. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment You\'ll know you\'re ready if you are: Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc. Able to communicate and interact with large groups of Guests Able to work on a team or independently Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language At least 16 years of age or older
