The Injection Molding Manager is tasked with establishing and implementing the injection strategy to enhance the efficiency of injection molding operations, encompassing Safety, Quality, and Performance. This position will contribute to fostering operational excellence and implementing best practices, as well as developing preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives, troubleshooting resources, inventory management strategies, and overall optimization of injection molding processes.
