As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.

Job Summary

The Site EHS Support maintains the Site Environmental, Health, Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirements. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirements. Also, follows up action plans to improve EHS Performance and reduce likelihood and severity of EHS events and Site Security breaches. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Behave as an example for others and provide full and active commitment in the deployment of the EHS Policies and any additional project-specific written statement.

  • Gathering information for reporting.

  • Conduct periodic audits in order to correct findings.

  • Support for coordinating on-site requirements for EHS

  • Revision of the leased equipment are in good condition

  • Supervise the installation of machinery and equipment according to designed plans

  • Ensure full implementation of FieldCore standards and procedures at site

  • Supervision of work and risk analysis task safely

  • Verification of all personal protective equipment that are to be used by employees to confirm the good condition

  • Maintain emergency plans, security programs and site access control procedures.

  • Organize (and deliver, when relevant) adequate EHS communication to the FieldCore site personnel whenever required (communication on specific EHS issues, EHS awareness campaign, etc.).

  • Ensure that all Accidents/Incidents are recorded, investigated and analyzed to prevent reoccurrence.

  • Perform other duties as required by site, project and EHS management

  • Travel may be required

  • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments

Required Qualifications & Experience :

  • Technical Degree in Industrial Safety or related fields

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in EHS at a construction/installation site, preferable in Power Plants/Oil & Gas industry

  • Safety local registration is highly preferred, OHSA regulatory familiarization and knowledge/qualification.
