The Opportunity
Based in Adelaide and State Lead for SA & WA covering multiple industrial sites in each state
Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the assets
Develop & implement technical services strategy across the portfolio
Complete performance reviews and succession planning for all direct reports and manage performance
Maintain and be fully conversant with all Australia Standards specifications related to engineering and operations service delivery

About you
Extensive hard services Facilities management experience (industrial assets beneficial)
Sound understanding of legislative requirements around facilities management services.
Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
Excellent people and team management skills

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of one to two years of related experience and/or training.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
