Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Addison, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting functions, customer service duties, and will use their skills in Accounting Software Systems, ERP Solutions, and CRM among others.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions to streamline and improve processes

• Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) duties as required

• Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding their accounts

• Use CRM to track customer interactions and resolutions

• Conduct Billing Functions and manage Cash Activity as required

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth functioning of the accounting department

• Continually improve accounting functions and customer service practices. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Billing Functions

• Ability to manage and report on Cash Activity

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with real estate and property industry is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to adhere to ethical business practices and maintain confidentiality

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
