Job Overview

Weatherford is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead our Intervention Services & Drilling Tools division. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead critical operations, leveraging your technical expertise and managerial acumen to drive success. We seek a collaborative professional who can foster a cohesive team environment while delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive fishing experience in the oil and gas industry

• Proven track record in plug and abandonment (P&A) operations, both offshore and onshore

• Proficiency in pulling tools and cut & pull techniques (TIW, Ardyne, WIS, etc.)

Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in management positions (Operations Manager, Project Manager, Operations Supervisor)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Business development and sales experience is a plus

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Petroleum Studies, or a related discipline, is required.

• Industry-recognized certifications in project management or related fields are highly desirable.

• Relevant safety and compliance certifications are a plus.
