JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Abington's Science and Engineering Division is accepting applications for an Information Technology Instructor for part-time appointments for 2024 to 2025 Academic Year. Job Duties The successful candidate will teach higher level courses in information technology which includes principles of programming languages, networking, databases, project management, etc. Requirements and Qualifications The ideal candidate should be open to offering flexibility in course scheduling and methods of course delivery. Applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively with an ethnically and culturally diverse student population. Candidates must have completed at least a masters degree or higher in computer science, information technology or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference will also be given to candidates with demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college level.
