Avera is currently seeking Physician Assistant (PA) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Job Summary
Provides a full range of cardiology, critical care and internal medicine services and consultation services to patients at the clinic and hospital.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer's status.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Current SD PA license is required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
CPR is required.
Work Schedule
Day shift; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Monday – Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm
Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Occasional weekend (Occasional call weekend)
Occasional holiday (Occasional call holiday)
Occasional call time
