Job Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Insight Global is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the C5ISR Center. As a Procurement Analyst, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle of records management and procurement through preparing bid requests and procurement reports, reviewing requisitions, expediting delivery of goods, and maintaining procurement records. In this role, candidate will be advancing procurement and buyer skills to a Journeyman level. The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, motivated, and organized. Lastly, this candidate will be proficient in record keeping in a fast-paced team environment.
What Youll do:
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs and streamline processes.
Review requisitions, prepare bid requests, and expedite deliveries.
Maintain detailed procurement records and prepare reports for management.
Act as a primary problem-solver for procurement issues and drive a culture of accountability.
Gather and evaluate quotes, seek necessary approvals, and implement best practices.

Skills and Requirements
Must Have:
Active Secret Clearance with eligibility to upgrade to a TS/SCI
Bachelors degree (BA/BS) with at least 3 years of experience, or High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant work experience.
Awareness of FAR/DFARS, basic procurement processes, and vendor management.
Experience obtaining quotes for items like drones or computers and managing high-volume procurements.
Strong record-keeping, customer service skills, and familiarity with procurement life cycle management.
Ability to communicate professionally and handle high-pressure demands.
Experience with procurement systems, such as Procure to Pay (P2P). Desired Skills:
Experience with submitting IT hardware and software through Army & DoD approval processes.
Familiarity with the Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) process.
Knowledge of DoD and DA receiving procedures and forms (e.g., DD 1149, DA 3161, DA 2062). null
