MAG IT Specialist in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to provide operation and Tier I/Tier II IT support, to assist with workstation administration functions for end-user devices and connectivity to their associated networks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
Assist with workstation administration functions for end-user devices and connectivity to their associated networks, including but not limited to: NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and other networks.
Serve as an appointed Information Management Officer (IMO), Telephone Control Officer (TCO), and other appointments supporting a variety of technology services and systems on multiple enclaves
Manage operations within assigned space to include visit access requests, visitor escort duties, and IT property/equipment management.
Perform on-site and remote hardware/software installation, imaging, troubleshooting, repairs, and overall administration of Windows desktops and laptops, multi-function printers, video teleconference systems, and mobile devices
Provide end-user training on the use of IT systems and services
Performs IMO functions, coordinates account creation and setup with external organizations, enforces Information Assurance (IA) policies and procedures, and processes above-baseline hardware/software requests
May also include administrative assignments in support of PM EW&C Operations.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills and strong ability to work within a distributed team.
Ability to provide surge support to other EW&C facilities as directed by Management.
3-5 years’ experience in Windows desktop administration.
3-5 years of hands-on experience with the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and operation of network devices such as desktops/laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video teleconference systems.
Clearance
- Curent active Secret level clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Education / Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
Security industry certification and DoD 8570.01M/8140 compliant at the IAT Level II (e.g., Security+, SSCP, CySA+, GSEC, or equivalent security certification).
Desired:
Familiarity with Army IT procurement and/or property accountability processes.
Familiarity with SCIF operations and security procedures.
Experience with APG NEC policies and procedures.
TS/SCI

Ability to work in an office/lab/field environment
Ability to travel 10% conus

The projected compensation range for this position is $0 to $110,000 (annualized USD) and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
