We're excited to announce that we're looking for a talented Warehouse Supervisor to join our fun, transparent, and collaborative team! As a Warehouse Supervisor you'll be responsible to coordinate overall business operations and manage KPI and expense tracking, safety, inventory levels, ordering supplies, communication with staff and management, improvements If you're looking for a dynamite workplace where you can grow and make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!

salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Equipment maintenance: Ensuring that warehouse equipment is properly maintained

• KPI tracking: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the warehouse

• Expense tracking: Tracking expenses for fuel, storage, and truck maintenance

• Safety: Understanding safety legislation

• Inventory control: Maintaining inventory levels, ordering new supplies, and ensuring products are available when needed

• Communication: Communicating with staff, management, suppliers, and other departments

• Organization: Delegating tasks based on team member strengths and company needs

• Time management: Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple tasks at once

• Problem solving: Anticipating and solving problems

• Training: Training, guiding, and evaluating new warehouse workers

The essential functions of this role include:
