Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Deputy Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to support our C5ISR customer in delivering cutting edge RDT&E services.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing subcontractor work packages and services including SoW development and Monthly status review.

• Direct and supervise a staff of 15 on-site personnel

• Work with the program manager in effectively managing and delivering CDRL on-time.

• Manage the highest level of quality on the program.

• Assist the government project leads on their spend plans and schedules.

• Attend all applicable meetings and conferences with the government customer.

• Create and manage job requisitions for the program including vetting and interviewing candidates for the program.

• Interface with government stakeholders and customers on a daily basis and provide leadership on project related tasks.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in technical or scientific field

• 10 years of project related experience

• Experience managing a small to mid sized team

• DoD Top Secret clearance

• On-site 3 times per week at government location.

• Local to APG

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience working with DoD Customer

• Radar experience

• Advanced degree in computer science of systems engineering

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Top Secret

Salary Range:

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
