The position

By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:

  • Continue to shape the future of the drilling and well industry.

  • Provide the key planning for execution of our activities.

  • Support, follow-up and/or oversight of operational activities.

  • Analyse data and ensure safe and efficient operations.

  • Develop and improve our flexible and future-fit ways of working.

  • Work in teams with other disciplines, perform method selection, risk assessment, evaluate and recommend required equipment.

  • Develop your career further - with onshore and offshore opportunities across multiple projects.

We are seeking highly skilled Drilling and Well Engineers to join our dynamic team and will consider various level of experience for these roles.

You

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering discipline. Relevant experience may compensate for the lack of formal education.

  • Relevant experience within drilling and/or completions/interventions.

  • Passionate engineers to work in our teams where we plan, support, and execute drilling and well operations.

  • Engineers with enthusiasm and ownership to safety and efficiency in operations.

  • Candidates with willingness and drive to work in a flexible environment and to embrace change.

  • Candidates that are open to our feedback culture and willing to learn and develop new skills.

  • Experience working offshore is desirable.

  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
