Classified Worker Coordinator

Location: aberdeen

Main Responsibilities

• Raising and maintaining health records and dose records

• Arrangement of IR medicals either directly or on request of the Project Managers / Engineers or recruitment

• Monitor expiry dates for ionising radiations medical examinations ensuring classified workers attend medicals at 12 months of the last appointment date

• Issuing of TLDs to project teams along with instruction on their care for onward distribution and returning of the TLDs from Project Teams.

• Where applicable, applying for notional doses to be removed from dose records

• Request termination forms and provide copies of dose records to a classified worker

• Advice the Senior RPS when a classified worker has failed to return a TLD, ensuring records are maintained, accurate and held securely and for updating the Classified Worker Control Matrix.

• Coordinate investigations and support in the gathering of relevant forms and details.

• Additional Responsibilities

• Understanding and participating in workscope planning

• Timely mobilisation of equipment as required

• Effective communication with personnel on assigned contracts

• QA/QC review of NDT reports and update inspection report tracker

• Update of inspection dashboards • Assist in the management and account of NDT equipment at assigned locations through Plant reports

• Maintain equipment logs and liaise with equipment coordinator to manage equipment levels.

• Administer personnel details / timewriting / timesheet upload / invoicing

• Ensuring First trip / three monthly and yearly trip assessments are completed, returned and recorded

• Issue sites with matricies of authorised personnel

Experience & Qualifications

  • General admin type person with a want to develop and progress.

  • Good organisational skills

  • Excellent IT skills are a must.

  • Good communicator and influencer.
