Description:

The Reporting Analyst supports various IT functions, including technical operations, site operations, and deployment engineering. Key responsibilities include aiding in software deployment, evaluating program compatibility, improving operational features, and assisting in data development. The role involves close collaboration with customers to address technical issues, document and resolve problems, and escalate issues as needed. Additionally, the analyst coordinates cross-functionally and may assist in live site support and incident resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support IT Operations: Assist in various IT functions, including technical operations, site operations, and deployment engineering.

• Deployment Support: Aid in the execution of deployment plans for pre-release, upgrades, and current software versions.

• Compatibility Evaluation: Assess the compatibility of programs with existing communications hardware and software features.

• Operational Improvement: Enhance the operation and monitoring of standard features.

• Process Support: Assist in defining and supporting area processes and interface requirements.

• Data Development: Contribute to data development and establish acceptance criteria.

• Customer Collaboration : Work closely with customers to provide technical advice on active projects.

• Problem Identification: Identify and analyze the root causes of issues.

• Documentation: Prepare accurate documentation and communication to facilitate problem resolution and efficient fixes.

• Issue Escalation: Escalate problems and roadblocks as they occur.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with team members and peers, and interact externally to provide semi-routine information related to assigned tasks

• Live Site Support: Assist in live site support and incident resolution, including participation in on-call rotations.

Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs):

• Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions, driving improvement and finding solutions.

• Relationship Management: Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors.

• Time Management: Strong time management skills, including prioritizing, organizing, and tracking details to meet deadlines for multiple projects with varying completion dates.

• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of programming languages and IT technologies.

• Technical Operations Experience: Experience in technical operations.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, Power BI, and automation.
