Essential functions:

• Formulation, development and execution of market strategies for the refrigeration market

• Collection of Voice of Customer and identification of market needs in view of defining new product development plans

• Conduction of market research and segmentation

• Creation and presentation of business cases as well as product specifications for new product proposals

• Developing and driving new product launches, including product positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation

• Promote product value proposition through deployment of communication plans

• Managing product portfolio and life-cycle of our refrigeration portfolio

• Coordination of strategic plans with global Marketing organizations in Asia and US and tactical plans with Sales team

Required qualifications and experience:

• Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Management or similar

• Proven Marketing and Product Management experience in an international environment

• Expertise and knowledge of HVAC applications, systems and components

• Expertise and knowledge of the electronic control & power electronics of advantage

• Customer-oriented, analytical mind set and excellent implementation skills

• Fluency in English (other European languages are an asset)
