This position will support the Inpatient facility in Carmel and the Outpatient facilities for Arms Acres, Inc.

Some of the job duties include:

· Data management within Meditech for data entry as needed for Quality Management purposes in MS Access, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Word documents, to summarize quantitative data, provide graphical displays of summarized data, and/or to compile statistical information for Quality, Executive Committee, and Governing Body data management and reporting.

· Records minutes of Quality Council meetings, Incident Review Committee meetings, special reviews, performance improvement initiatives, and other meetings as necessary.

· Becomes familiar with and assists with revisions / creation / management of online Policy and Procedure Files, references them as needed for compliance purposes. Assists in creation of new forms as necessary. Maintains a file of downtime forms.

· Using Access DB maintains incident report files for IP and OP. Manages trends spreadsheets, assists with investigations into and documentation of patient complaints, special reviews, and other incidents.

· Maintains current Business Associate Agreements for each of Arms Acres Programs, IP and OP.

· Assists with delivery of Staff In-Services, including but not limited to New Employee Orientation, as needed and/or in the absence of the Director of Quality.

· Assists with national / regional surveys, including but not limited to ATLAS/Shatterproof, AHA, NSSATs, etc., for IP and OP.

· Assists with infection control required reporting for pandemic / epidemic management, including but not limited to COVID-19 cases and vaccine data, for IP and OP.

· Assists with regulatory preparations as needed, including but not limited to DOH, Joint Commission, OASAS, OMIG, OMH, etc., for IP and OP.

· Assist with identifying and tracking documentation deficiencies in open medical record and conducting closed chart audits as needed.

Requirements

Detail oriented and great interpersonal skills

Master Degree preferred
