Do you want to help the Hospitals in Southern- Sweden get the best implants, technologies and service for their spinal cord stimulation? We are open to applications from experienced sales people wanting a change in their career. If you can you bring technical expertise around the use of our surgical instruments and technologies, or have exceptional social skills, you may be right for this position.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Selling and supporting the SCS and TDD product range in Southern-Sweden (and support Copenhagen region), primarily to neurosurgeons, anaesthesiologist and neuromodulation nurse public as well as private clinics and hospitals.

• Focusing on strong teamwork with the customers.

• Sales activities, development and implementation of the business strategies in Southern-Sweden, while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, in a way that enhances Medtronic’s reputation in the market.

• Planning and attending customer meetings, organize product trials and demonstrations, presentations, attend conventions, forums and meetings to give information of the company’s products.

• Working in an international environment in one of the leading medical devices companies in the world.

• Being a part of a great team of dedicated persons in the Swedish and Nordic region and you will be supported and coached in all aspects to do the very best for our patients.

Required knowledge and experience:

• Experience from working in a hospital setting. Operating room experience

• A sales driven business individual with an entrepreneurial spirit

• Experience of neuromodulation business

• Proven ability in Sales and in growing a business within the medical industry

• Strong in creating and managing relations & stakeholder management

• Advanced presentation and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently with a high level of time management skills

• Fluency in Swedish and English

• Full, and clean, driver’s license

• The ability to listen to colleagues of different levels with an ability to understand and to execute plans

• The mindset of a service-oriented team player concerned with helping people, both internally and externally

• Fluent in Danish
