Who we are looking for:
We are recruiting, on behalf of a leading company in financial services related to the purchase of vehicles, a resource who will be responsible for customer care services in support of the sales network of a leading automotive manufacturer, our client.
The team member we are recruiting will be responsible for managing customers in order to:
-process service requests, ensure problem resolution, and contribute to the improvement of the customer satisfaction index;
-handle inquiries from the sales network regarding credit analysis and evaluation and processing of financing files.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide front line support for customers, managing requests and providing helpful information about existing loan agreement, to ensure that customers are satisfied;
Manage complaints to proactively advise and consult, ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction;
Collect and analyze customer needs with a view to continuous improvement of the offered service;
Manage relations with all internal structures for the resolution of complex problems;
Manage document verification service;
Verify the compliance and documentation of financing contract requests;
Contact the sales network when documents integration is needed;
Manage all the sales network’s requests on document clarification and integration;
Manage contract’s settlement;
Manage contract’s review and verification (updating of personal data and contracts).
Requirements:
High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Economics;
Strong relational and organizational attitudes for an effective relationship with customers;
Teamwork;
Accuracy and compliance;
Initiative and independence;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Interpersonal skills;
High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
Language’s skills: Italian, English.
Working pattern:
Rome;
40h weekly;
mon/fri.
