Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious SSR Online Seller Consultant/Account manager to join its China team based in Shanghai, prefer to have online business and category management experience.

The objective of the SSR Online Seller Consultant is to deliver business growth and maximize revenue generation by providing Amazon service to sellers like launching sellers to use FBA on Amazon's global third party marketplace. You will analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed on the marketplace.

Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives. This role provides many opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and fast-moving environment.

Main Responsibilities

Ø Learn about Amazon’s cross border e-commerce business, provide suggestions to help the targeting sellers' business growth in Amazon.

Ø Assist with leadership and PM team on overall strategy, road-map and deliverable.

Ø Work with marketplace sellers to drive the feature adoption rate to drive the customer experience on Amazon

Ø Review and monitor Seller performance, provide consulting for Seller to grow their business.

Ø Applies Sellers insights to adjust value proposition to Sellers’ needs and objectives.

Ø Develop a thorough understanding of assigned product/industry category, including seasonality and marketplace business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments

Ø Show super strong competency in delivering result, bias for actions, dive deep, ownership, earn trust and customer obsession

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional or military experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies

  • Experience working with clients

  • Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools

  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
