  • Assisting in the development and implementation of affiliate ethics and compliance policies and procedures.

  • Providing training and support to affiliate partners on ethics and compliance issues, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, promotional activities regulations and AIFD code.

  • Conducting regular compliance risk assessments to identify potentially risky areas and assisting in the development of corrective action plans.

  • Reviewing and assisting in the resolution of compliance-related issues, working closely with the Affiliate Ethics and Compliance Manager and other stakeholders as needed.

  • Staying up-to-date on changes in regulations and best practices related to ethics and compliance and assisting in the dissemination of this information to affiliate partners.

  • Assisting in the coordination and communication with regulatory bodies and industry associations on ethics and compliance matters.

  • Collaborating with other departments within the company, including commercial, legal, finance, customer excellence and human resources, to ensure effective communication and coordination on ethics and compliance matters.

  • Assisting in the development and delivery of regular reports and updates to senior management on compliance performance and issues.

  • Supporting the implementation of the company's code of conduct and other relevant policies among affiliate partners.

  • Assisting in conducting due diligence on potential affiliate partners to ensure that they meet the company's ethical and compliance standards.

  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the company's ethics and compliance program and providing recommendations for improvement as needed.

  • Supporting Affiliate Ethics and Compliance Manager to ensure that the company and its affiliate partners operate in an ethical and compliant manner.

  • Qualifications

Qualifications

+ + Bachelor's degree in law. A Master's degree in a relevant field may be preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or life sciences industry. Experience in a compliance-related role is highly desirable.

  • A strong understanding of ethics and compliance regulations, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption and promotional regulation, is essential. Knowledge of affiliate marketing and promotional regulations is also beneficial.

  • The ability to analyze data and identify patterns and trends in compliance-related issues is important.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required both in English and Turkish to effectively communicate with affiliate partners, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail is essential in identifying potential compliance issues and ensuring that affiliate partners operate in a compliant manner.

  • The ability to analyze complex compliance issues and develop solutions to mitigate risk is important.

  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and other stakeholders is important.

  • Having ambition to learn and interest in Ethics & Compliance role in Pharmaceutical Industry is important.
