Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Incentive Specialist to design, implement, and manage sales incentive programs that drive performance and align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, incentive design, and performance metrics. This role will focus on researching, developing, and rolling out sales incentive programs tailored to the AGL, ensuring they effectively motivate sales teams and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key job responsibilities
Research and Implementation:
Conduct market research and analysis to understand the unique dynamics of the amazon and AGL and identify best practices for sales incentives.
Develop and implement sales incentive programs tailored to the agl, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with local regulations.
Incentive Policy and Strategy Design:
Design and propose sales incentive policies and strategies that align with sales targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure incentive programs are effective, scalable, and sustainable.
Sales Incentive Program Development:
Create and manage sales incentive structures, including commission plans, bonuses, and non-monetary rewards.
Ensure incentive programs are competitive, motivating, and aligned with sales team goals.
Sales Scorecard Design:
Design and implement sales scorecards to track and measure individual and team performance against key metrics.
Regularly review and update scorecards to reflect changing business priorities and market conditions.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs and scorecards, analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the impact of incentive programs on sales performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with sales leadership, finance, HR, and legal teams to ensure incentive programs are compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with company policies.
Communicate incentive program details and updates to sales teams, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
7+ years of experience in sales operations, incentive design, or a related field.
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to sales incentives in China.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales incentive programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
